Blue Range Cottage Accommodation
Entrance is via own private driveway and cottage is on the banks of a Red Gum creek in the shade of a mountain named Mt Benjamin after an early white settler.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms, which can sleep up to 10 people. Cottage has been set up for self catering and to be self sufficient, which is the preferred hire choice. If required you can also be fully or partially catered for, by prior arrangement or need. This can vary from full course meals provided to dinner made on the open fire or just having breakfast or lunch provided.

Cottage has 7 rooms and consists of:
Master Bedroom– Queen Bed and 1 single bed with trundle bed.
2nd Bedroom– Double bed.
3rd Bedroom – 2 sets of double bunk beds.
Bed Linen + Towels supplied or bring your own at a reduced tariff.
Lounge room is large with comfy lounge and chairs, with a table and 4 chairs,
Wood combustion heater and a large window with magnificent views of mountain cliffs.
Kitchen
-Table with 5 chairs
– All Crockery Cutlery + Cooking utensils, Gas Fridge + Stove. Gas BBQ
– serviced with Rain +drinkable bore Water,
– Eco- friendly 12 volt for lighting with a 240v inverter system.
Bathroom
-Shower, sink, Flushing toilet and laundry tub.
– Instantaneous Gas hot water
-Large Outdoor entertaining area with in- ground “fire pit”. Gas BBQ also provided.
-Area surrounding cottage also ideal for tents and vans to facilitate bigger groups.
Blue Range Cottage hire fee structure.
-For Sole cottage occupancy with one couple per night $140, with linen supplied.
-For Sole cottage occupancy, one person only per night $100, with linen supplied.
– For each extra person a fee of $30 per night applies, with linen supplied.
